Phlak Dead again... Thanks to the original developer

Sadly, the original developer (goonsqad aka Shawn Hawkins) has taken back the Phlak project from Mark Reaves because he says he cannot give over the project even if it meant development would begin again.

So, until further notice (again), Phlak is dead.
